The 2011 Siduri Russian River Valley Pinot Noir shows great fruit concentration, with a combination of red and black fruits, but yet also shows restraint, balance, great acidity and backbone and a finish that seemingly goes on and on. This wine is just a baby, but we feel confident it will prove to be one of the most age-worthy and ultimately complex Appellation Pinot Noirs we have ever produced.

Wine SpectatorIntense and vibrant, featuring snappy raspberry, wild berry and attractive floral scents. Complex, with enjoyable fruit purity. Drink now through 2016.

Wine AdvocateJuicy dark cherries, hard candy and sweet spices jump from the glass in Siduri's 2011 Pinot Noir Russian River Valley. An up-front, fruit-driven Pinot, the 2011 is a highly representative example of Russian River Pinot. The style is a bit subdued by the cool year, but there is plenty to like here, first and foremost the wine's sheer immediacy. Anticipated maturity: 2013-2016.

Wine EnthusiastThis wine combines ripe raspberry and cherry flavors with sweet, smoky oak tones. A wine to drink now, it shows classic Russian River acidity, and it bears a minerally, salty profile that lends structural elegance.
