Rodenbach Classic's characteristic taste is achieved through its unique mixed fermentation process, whereby top yeasts and bacterial flora undergo 24 months of maturation in 150 year old oak casks, resulting in the distinctively gentle sour taste for which it is known and loved. Rodenbach is best served at 6 - 8°C in an original Rodenbach glass. Gently pour the beer along the side of the slightly inclined glass until half full. Then straighten the glass and pour in one go, the rest of the bottle from a slightly higher distance. !Enjoy
