I must confess to being quite curious to look at this wine. If it isn't the single largest-volume wine to come from New Zealand, then I don't know what is, and bottles of it can be found in fridges all across the world. You could say that this wine is bringing Marlborough home-to wherever your home is. So, this 2024 Sauvignon Blanc leads with pineapple, passion fruit, guava and grapefruit, while the palate gives it all again, with a slick of residual sugar that smoothes everything out and juicy acidity that will no doubt keep you coming back for more. An uncomplicated wine, it's impressive in its quality given the behemoth size of the operation. 13% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.
