Bogle Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

SKU 26655

Cabernet Sauvignon is a grape that takes its own sweet time, slowly lingering to ripen on the vine. We are rewarded by its reluctance. Irresistible vanilla and intriguing black plums lay way to the dense and concentrated wine that is the Cabernet Sauvignon. Deeply extracted and complex dark fruit enhance the full-bodied character, and touches of toasted hazelnut and spicy clove are left by the 12 months of aging in one year old American oak. Ample tannins and an enduring finish will allow this wine to cellar for another 6-8 years, but don't let anyone say you can't enjoy it now…

Wine EnthusiastBest Buy! Oaky accents like nutmeg and cinnamon stand out in the aroma, and continue in the flavors while concentrated cherry and berry flavors flood the tongue. This wine is bold, appropriately tannic, and piles on both wood and fruit flavors in profusion. It was aged in American oak for 14 months.
