The savor and keep
the custom is to enjoy a rosy year. Of course the Domaine de Val d'Arenc lends itself perfectly. He then reveals its freshness and vivacity. Her dress is adorned with a translucent and shiny salmon. Its elegant aromas are those of summer fruits (peach, cherry) and sweet spices. In his mouth clean attack is highlighted by a nice freshness. Peach aromas and apricot exhale.
Bandol rosé is probably the best rosé of France. He deserves to age to thrive and make you reach new horizons inside. By opening a Val Domaine Arenc rosé aged one to three years are discovered floral aromas of rose and peony accompanied by strawberry notes .
This wine is ideal with exotic cuisine, in particular African-not just for the nod to the origins of the family ... but because the spices do not scare him and he appreciates weddings sucrés- salty.
Try it also with Provencal dishes like bouillabaisse, bouillabaisse or a wolf braised fennel. Or with tapas and finger food during an aperitif or a picnic.
