Brooks Ara Riesling 2011

The 2011 Ara exhibits incredible aromas of orange flower and citrus, followed by jasmine, honeysuckle, and even a touch of diesel. On the palate, expect a full-bodied experience (for a Riesling, at least) with ripe pear, lychee, passion fruit, and pineapple. There's plenty of mouthwatering acidity to support the wine, plus tinges of herbs that tie everything together at the dinner table.
