Vins Auvigue Mâcon Solutré 2014
This is the pure expression of Chardonnay because of the pale gold with green tints. They can be aged one or two years according to the character of the vintage.
Made from the grapes bought from local wine growers, the clusters are pneumatically pressed and the juice statically settled over 12 hours period. The clear juices are then transferred to stainless steel containers for alcoholic and malolatic fermentation under temperature control.
After the fermentations, the wine is aged in stainless steel on lees until botttling.
