Cesca Vicent Priorat 2014
Deep red wine with violaceous tonality. Good garnet and shiny coating. On the nose the first impression is surprising and pleasant. Fruit, floral and spicy notes, such as plums and strawberries, violets, cloves, pepper and tobacco leaves. These are happening throughout the olfaction. Secondly, there is very well integrated oak notes. In the mouth tasty, full, good body, with a fresh end (maintains very good acidity). Fruitful and with a certain tannic load ideal for the pairing, that with the reductive aging in bottle will be rounded. Fruity balanced frank and fresh, with very good and long aromatic persistence that evokes its origins.
