Over 25 years Vincent has managed to build one of the most dynamic, young, successful companies in all Burgundy. This cannot, of course, be achieved unless the wines are truly exceptional - and they are!

From his state-of the-art cellars in Meursault, Vincent has both increased his land holdings to the current 20 hectares and also established contracts to buy grapes from top quality vineyards, where he can control production. strictly reduce yields and hand-pick. A large percentage of the vineyards from which he buys grapes are also biodynamic or organic. 

White wines now make up 90% of his production. Following a rigorous sorting and gentle pressing, the wines are barrel fermented (10-35% new oak), with wild yeasts. Elevage is between 14 to 20 months.
