Dark ruby. Nose of great, great character: the typical sensations of small red and black fruits are accompanied by spicy tones, by memories of liquorice and bitter cocoa, by puffs of eucalyptus. In the mouth it is full but not heavy, satisfying but exemplary drinkability. The alcoholic strength is really well managed. Delicious now, will age well. Pair with traditional Apulian second courses.
