Bright brown colour with a reddish rim. Long and complex on the nose, it exudes elegance and depth. The aromas of red fruit combine perfectly with notes of dried fruit and subtle hints of vanilla. Remarkable sophistication and flavour in a fine and expressive palate. Perfect freshness, with smooth, silky and very enticing tannins. A long and intense finish. Served chilled, it reveals all its finesse and sophistication, especially when drunk with desserts made with caramel, dried fruit and spice, such as caramel fondant with apple and ginger jelly, tarte tatin, crème brulée and medium-strength cheeses. Best served at a temperature between 12 and 14°C.
