Domaine de Montille Bourgogne Blanc 2019

The 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay bursts with aromas of pear, white flowers, citrus pith and blanched almonds, followed by a medium-bodied, ample and fleshy palate that's lively and open-knit, concluding with a saline finish. As usual, it's declassified Montagny.

From vineyards purchased in 2012 across the road from Château de Puligny-Montrachet, the 2019 Bourgogne Chardonnay has a pleasant green apple and chalk bouquet that is light and airy. The palate is balanced with a touch of dried honey on the entry, good acidity and a simple, slightly creamy-textured finish.
