|Region||Chile, Leyda Valley|
Intense nose of fresh lime and green gooseberry with a final hint of exotic fruit and a slight herbal edge. The palate is electric with high acidity that balances nicely the texture to a refreshing long salty finish.
San Antonio, just 9 miles from the Pacific Ocean, ensuring cool temperatures, is Sauvignon Blanc country. A bright greenish yellow, the wines presents a nose dominated by asparagus and pink grapefruit along with grass and the customary intensity of the grape. Fatty on the palate, this is a taut white with a well-judged malic, linear freshness; a pure, precise expression. Slightly saline in the mouth, the finish is citric and expressive.
Cool-climate aromas of green fruits and pyrazines set up a fresh palate. Tangerine and pink grapefruit flavors are punchy, followed by a coastal-style finish with salty notes.
