Issue with order:
We want you to be happy with every part of your Order. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us so we can assist you with resolving any issues you may have.
Product damaged in transit:
Although it is unlikely that you receive damaged product from liquorsinc.com, damage in transit may occur, in the event that your order is delivered in a damaged state, please contact us within 3 days, and provide us images, and details of the damage. We can replace your merchandise, issue you a liquorsinc.com credit or process a refund for the damaged portion of your order.
liquorsinc.com recommends against shipping wine during the hot summer season or extreme freezing temperatures. During these periods, 2-day Air or overnight shipping methods are best for areas outside MA, NJ. If you would like to hold the shipment for optimal weather conditions, leave a note in the special instruction section. Please be advised that liquorsinc.com will take no responsibility for such damage and will not accept returns on any such shipments.
Wrong or missing items:
Although this is rare, if we make a packaging error, we will resolve it- for you. If you did not receive the correct items, please notify us and hold the incorrect items and packaging so that we can arrange for a pick up. If any items are missing, we will assist you in processing a new order, liquorsinc.com account credit or a refund for your missing items.
Not satisfied with quality or taste:
At liquorsinc.com we take pride in offering some of the best wines available and suggestions by our wine consultants and professional reviews. We are also interested in your feedback. Please let us know your opinions on our products or if you are dissatisfied with the quality or taste of our products.
If orders are returned to us after several delivery attempts by our shipper from the address you provided us, we re-ship the order to you upon your verification of the shipping address.
On occasion a chosen vintage may sell out or be replaced with a comparable vintage after your order was placed. On bottles of wine under $20, we may substitute the wine with a vintage that is comparable in our discretion. On bottles of wine costing over $20, we will contact you to arrange for a substitute vintage. Please check your email after placing an order with us in the event we contact you to confirm you still wish to proceed with the order.
10 Day Return Policy -Cancellations and Unused products Only:
Cancellations and returns are only accepted within 10 days of the purchase date.
Items must be un-used and in the same condition you received them with all labeling intact, and in its original packaging.
To return your product please contact us at email@example.com . If we receive the product un-used, undamaged, and in original packaging we will refund the purchase.
Items can only be replaced if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
