Elegant, with colour changing naturally from a pretty raspberry hue to salmon pink. A precise nose of extraordinary freshness and a wide range of red fruits: raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry. A fresh and sharp attack for this supple and rounded wine. On the palate, it offers the sensation of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries. Best served between 8°C and 10°C. Its aromatic depth makes it ideal for pairing with marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, exotic dishes, Parma ham and red fruit desserts. Those who are more daring will try it with Asian or Indian cuisine.

Elegant and fruity at the same time with a quick invitation from bright, pure cherryish notes and then filled out handsomely by whiffs of chalky soils and well-integrated, rich and uplifting yeast-driven scents, this wine manages to be both vigorous and layered at one and the same time. Its bubbles are insistent, finely carved and add to the early sensations of lightness and energy yet also carry the wine long into a balanced, refined finish. And its latter palate grip is exactly what one should expect from the genre. While service with light foods would be our first choice, this one has the beauty to stand alone.

The latest iteration of Laurent-Perrier's NV Brut Cuvée Rosé is showing brilliantly, bursting from the glass with notes of smoky red berry fruit, apples, blood orange, pomegranate and warm biscuits. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, broad and vinous, with a delicate mousse, good depth at the core and ripe acids, concluding with a sapid, gently phenolic finish. This is a sophisticated, gastronomic rosé that would work well at table.

Bright orange-pink. Toasty strawberry and raspberry aromas are accented by iodine, floral oils and dusty minerals. Broad and supple in texture, with sappy red berry and blood orange flavors supported by a firm spine of minerality. Finishes spicy, silky and long, with a late rose pastille note adding an exotic twist

This dark-colored Champagne is made by skin maceration. It comes from premier cru vineyards, yielding a ripe, structured wine with hints of tannins as well as rich strawberry fruits. Acidity and freshness keep it all in order. Drink now.

A very good, solid rosé Champagne that's well balanced and tangy in texture, with light cherry and citrus flavors that linger on the finish. Drink now.
