Sapling Liqueur Maple Bourbon

We start with 3- year-old bourbon, then blend it with maple syrup and age it a second time in American oak barrels. Rich and smooth, with a light maple finish, but without any overpowering sweetness. Serve over ice, straight up, in hot coffee or use instead of plain bourbon in an Old Fashioned cocktail.
