François Carillon Chassagne-Montrachet Premier Cru 2016 offers aromas of citrus oil, mature lemons and garden fruit and spices. On the palate it is mineral, with a medium-high, concentrated and deep body. Its finish is also mineral, and the acidity gives it a fresh and vibrant character.

The Carillon family has been making wine in Puligny Montrachet in Burgundy since the 16th century. The logo they use to this day has been in existence since then, it was found on an engraved stone in 1632 in a cave of the village.
