Trediberri Barbera d'Alba 2020

Ours is a bare and raw Barbera, not smoothed by any passage in wood and rather characterized by a sharp acidity and usually by an important alcohol content. A full-bodied wine, but with a shorter finish than a nebbiolo and played on fruit rather than complexity and elegance. The most classic combination can only be the Piedmontese boiled meat.
