Fermented with an eye to regulating temperature and aged entirely in vat, the 2020 Rully Clos la Folie Blanc has a lively citric nose of nettle and peppermint aromas. The taut, fresh palate is built around a fine bead of acidity and ends in a salty finish. Allow it another 12 months in bottle - maybe it has more to give.
