Our Condrieu is an aromatic wine (apricot, peach, honey, hawthorn ...), very fat and not very acidic, and endowed with a beautiful minerality. Pairs well with shellfish, freshwater fish, sea fish not too iodized, or with poultry. It also goes very well with the small rigottes of Condrieu, or young asparagus drizzled with olive oil.

From Chery, the 2020 Condrieu Verchery features delicate aromas of spring flowers, lychees, white peaches and fresh limes. It's medium-bodied, fresh, clean and long on the finish. Not a big, rich example of the appellation, it's built on the current trend of freshness, while still having plenty of character.
