This is silky yet full of zesty energy, the tart red berries and hints of sour citrus riding a wave of vibrant acidity. The cheeks pucker with residual tension and a cranberry-like saturation of fruit as the 2020 tapers off with admirable length. While the 05035 is meant to be the drink-me- now Ciliegiolo of the Bussoletti portfolio, I recommend six months to a year of cellaring to let this relax a bit.
